Make the hard decisions while you are able to. Often love ones are torn between their desires to do everything possible for you in a hospital setting, and the care to minimize the pain from prolong death due to medicaladvances. A Living Will assist the medical stad=ff in making this decision.

Your Final Wishes

This is your WIll. You want to keep it in a safe location that is accessible should you asway. Make sure you choose an administrator that knows where everything is located. Try to make all your wishes as clear as possible. In the end, just realize that it's you they will miss and not the stuff that you have accumulated through your life.

The Courts

If you can keep it out of the Courts, you're probably doing a good job. However, certain things will have to be probated. This is the process where the courts help with transfering title to bank accounts and land records. This is necessary when the WIll is disputed by family members.
